Ne perdez pas votre temps et votre argent en consultation, vous aurez aucune réponse concrète sauf le coût de l'intervention donné par l'assistante du pseudo docteur.

Je suis allée faire une consultation chez Dr Kouhen et je souhaite partager mon retour d’expérience avec les personnes qui souhaitent y aller. Je tiens à préciser que mon avis est purement personnel et mon expérience peut être différente de celles des autres.
Je vais commencer par les points positifs : l’équipe, et je tiens à remercier Salma qui est une personne très gentille, est agréable et à l’écoute. Le cabinet est facilement accessible vu son emplacement, surtout pour les gens qui ne sont pas de Casablanca.
En revanche, et avec tout le respect que j’ai pour la qualification et le savoir-faire du Docteur, son attitude et sa manière de parler aux patients en tout cas à moi étaient désagréables. Des réponses hésitantes, pas du tout claires, à la va vite, et le don qu’a cette personne hautaine de rabaisser les gens et les rendre mal à l’aise. J’avais l’impression que je suis entrain de lui faire perdre son temps alors que j’ai pris un rendez-vous je me suis déplacée et j’ai surtout payé pour même pas 10 minutes forcées de consultation inutile. J’ai demandé si le résultat sera naturel et me ressemblera , la réponse du docteur était : « peut importe le résultat, ce sera mieux que ce que vous avez ».
Peut-être qu’il s’y connait en matière de chirurgie esthétique, mais à mon avis il lui manque beaucoup en matière de savoir-être.
Déçue de cette consultation et de l’attitude du docteur qui est pas du tout la même que celle sur les réseaux sociaux.
A mon avis, un Docteur et encore un chirurgien esthétique sait mettre le patient à l’aise, connaitre son besoin et ce qu’il attend de l’intervention et puis répondre à ses attentes tout en restant dans la logique et la normale, et ce n’était pas du tout le cas malheureusement.
Soyez humble « Docteur » !

Hello ask the doctor for a quote a few days ago for a bbl and the price is exorbitant !! I raise the same point as the previous opinion. He asked me almost 4 times the price that elsewhere even here in France we were cheaper! And with good doctors not "the first prices" And in Belgium half less than what he asks! I got in touch with him following the "publicity" I saw on YouTube / insta / the TF1 report as well, but I'm disappointed with the approach.

how much did you pay for the cosmetic surgeries because i asked for a quote it is exorbitantly more expensive than in paris? it surprises me a lot that people pay large sums for an operation in Morocco knowing that in Tunisia the price is divided by 3 and a half for the same services

I really was hesitant to book a consultation in his center but after the reviews about how rude is the doctor I pass I can't waste my money and time.
Let me ask why is he rude is because his name is kouhen so he think he's race is better than others ????...boy let me tell you , hear me out : you are nothing than Moroccan doctor in the middle of africa waking up in the morning to go to the bathroom and use african water to wach your face lol so relax you ain't something or someone that the world will remember forever ,you are nothing .
as an american Moroccan let me tell you If you cross the border of Morocco just to go to Spain or somalia trust me dude no one will spoiled you as your mom do or even care about you Mr kouhen only in Morocco you can treat your self as the king of his lala land . watch Taha essou vlogs or keaneau reeves interviews you can learn a lot from them .boy bye

After browsing the internet for several months and looking for a trusted plastic surgeon, I have no regrets at all for choosing Dr El Kouhen. Very attentive to our expectations, always providing good advice, he knows how to find the right words to reassure you in case of fear, and answers all your questions. I am delighted to be one of those patients today, and what is certain is that I will recommend him to my loved ones if they ever need surgery. His frankness and his advice reassured me and the natural aspect he presented to me delighted me. He is sure of himself and that showed me his mastery and his desire to do well. I had been hesitant to go there because of the reviews but I realize that they don't come close to reality except that sometimes it can be difficult to hear truths when we wanted to. to mislead. So thank you Dr House and look forward to recommending you deserve it.

Extremely pretentious and arrogant doctor who said with great aplomb that my friend's nose had been redone and when she told him that her nose was completely natural he stood up, examined it closely and told him that it was impossible and that besides his nose had been badly made !!!!
My friend has never had surgery on her nose, so she burst out laughing, telling her that a surgeon who claimed such an aberration was too scary for her to give him her face!
Not to mention the exorbitant estimate that his assistant gave him, as expensive as with the best surgeons in France or New York!

Cette profession demande un certain tact avec les patientes et patients, de l'humanité et une certaine empathie. Je n'ai vu aucun de ces trois traits que j'ai cité précédemment. Je ne mets pas en cause votre technicité ou vos aptitudes à manier le bistouri, mais l'humain en vous a disparu il y a très longtemps. Soyez plus "patient" avec vos patients. Accordez leur de votre temps (vous faites beaucoup de multitaches comme boire un café, manger une pomme et dénigrer vos patients). Un sourire ne vous fera pas de mal.
Bref, je ne conseille pas le Dr Faycal Kouhen.

I’ve seen many reviews regarding dr el kouhens character. And although he may have a hard exterior, I must specify, do not judge a book by its cover. He may look arrogant but he is most definitely not as you will come to find out the more you see him. At my first consultation I too shared the same worries but after committing and coming back, you realise that there is no mal intent behind his behaviour. My advice is to not let your judgement of him cloud your choice to carry on with him. To put it simply, there’s no one else like him, his work is absolutely amazing. One mistake you can do is decide to go on with another doctor who may seem nicer but I can guarantee you will not get the same result. Ultimately you want the best result for yourself and I could not recommend this doctor more. I did a rhinoplasty with him, and his ultrasonic technique made the healing process much easier than others. I did not feel any pain in my nose and experienced little to no swelling. I have friends who have had their rhinoplasty with other surgeons in Casablanca and none had an experience as easy and painless as mine. And of course I cannot how welcoming and reassuring the staff is, who made the entire experience much easier for me.

Expérience catastrophique.
Je n'ai pas l'habitude de mettre des avis sur Google mais là c'était nécessaire. Attente énorme pour 5 min de consultation. Prix des prestations exorbitants (60 000 dhs pour une rhinoplastie par exemple), même par rapport à un médecin en France. Certaines personnes entrent dans le cabinet sans attendre, alors que d'autres personnes attendent depuis des heures.
JE DECONSEILLE FORTEMENT CE CABINET c'est une honte !

60,000 DH for a rhinoplasty in Morocco ?! Bah, this is madness! first of all I absolutely do not recommend the plastic surgeons of Morocco (Most) they all have too high prices and it's not worth it, and in addition a country with a minimum wage of 3000DH, as those prices should not exist at all! on the other hand I Recommend Turkey to you, the prices are affordable and the results are really WOW! Hello I am.looking for esthetic surgeon and i did reads many reviews and here I came by Dr Elkouhen I was amased by some reviews the people who have said it is more expensive than France or elswhere they have no idea what they are talking about. To be the best in one field it costs, to reach the knowledge and know how take years of study and expenses practice. Just an exemple when anyone one of you go and buy and look for the best, the confort and safety therefore they put the price if they want great things quality. When we want great safe confortable car to drive we choose the best, we choose to drive a porsche bentley Rolls Royce Lamborghini etc...if they do not want all this and we do not want to spend a lot of money we buy Dacia . Then when it came to health i will choose a porsch a bentley a rolls Royce this is how i choose a doctor regarding his or her competence , how competent he or she not if he is rude or not I am.not going to live with him.or her. For information i am not a patient of Dr Elkohen I just couldn't read non sens and not reply.

Dr. Fayçal Kouhen isn’t just a doctor, but an artist! He did an amazing job with my tummy tuck and made me so confident. It’s not easy to get rid of a belly after having three kids, even if you workout everyday, but Dr. Kouhen helped me achieve a flat stomach. He’s the best doctor in the world! I know some girls who went to Miami and California to do the same surgery but its never as good. I thank Dr. Kouhen every time I see my belly, which is everyday lol
