Wow! Just seen the amazing Mr Hazim Sadideen! I'm no novice to fillers and botox but I've just had the most refreshing treatment! Subtle little drops of filler injected into my cheeks has given my droopy lower face a beautiful lift and smoothed out those nose to mouth lines. Every step of the way he explained exactly what he was doing, what I was feeling at the point of injection which was exactly how it felt! Even though I've been having these treatments for years this made me feel in such safe hands and his confidence in his technique is very reassuring and his results are so impressive! You can do miracles! I am loving my new natural looking pout too! Why haven't I seen you sooner! Thank you so much for looking after my skin! Your an incredible aesthetics Doctor!

Over the past few years I have seen Safae and Sarah at the clinic for my aesthetic treatments, I cannot recommend either of them enough. If you are considering laser hair removal, definitely book yourself in. After the first session I could see results and after going back every six weeks my treatment is complete and I could not be happier! My only problem is that I wish i started the treatment sooner! I have also had a peel with Sarah which left my skin refreshed and super smooth!

I met with Mark for my Rhinoplasty consultation.
Due to Covid-19 there were safety measures in place and even with these all the staff made me feel welcome.
Mark explained the procedure in such a simple way for me to understand and explained the possible risks.
I am now excited to book my Rhinoplasty.

I’m writing this with regret that I have flown to the U.K with the intention of booking a breast augmentation with doctor Olivier Brandford. I’m so disappointed that I have to now cancel this due to my concerns about the news article published today. I’m shocked such a reputable clinic allowed this to happen. Not happy.

I had my consultations with Dr Gately he was super helpful. He took plenty of time to ensure I fully understood everything. I would highly recommend him. In the end Dr Gately advised me not to take the surgery in giving his honest professional opinion for which I am very appreciative.

For a high end clinic they offer low end service. Trying to get an appointment - even as an existing client of 10 years plus - is next to impossible. It's not availability that's the issue - it's their shoddy admin team. There are plenty of options available in London. Use them.

I am an overthinker, so I clearly had many thoughts before deciding to have a septoplasty but after years of suffering from a runny nose, sneezing, allergies and breathing with only one nostril (also due to a deviated septum) I decided that it was time to do something about it. I did a lot of research and found the Cadogan Clinic, the amount of help and information I got from my first call with Carolinn, a surgical patient advisor, was incredible. From booking my first appointment to having the surgery, saying it went great and smoothly would be an understatement. Your nose being literally in the middle of your face, you want to choose wisely and I couldn’t be happier with the operation, the result and the support I had from my nose surgeon Mr Atherton. I know I will sound cheesy but he changed my life, my breathing is so much better (you never know how bad it is until you have the op) and the fact that my nose is back in the middle of my face with a cute tip is a beautiful bonus. I will always be grateful to the clinic, amazing surgeon and team.

I had a septo rhinoplasty performed by dr Atherton and was very pleased with the procedure and all round treatment. He really took the time to listen and I’m very happy with the results. Everyone that cared for me During and after the procedure were wonderful

V disappointing to see a number of 5* reviews here are from EMPLOYEES OF THE CLINIC (Justine Harvey, Breshna Hemati, Sara Akhtar...).
My experience with the clinic was v poor. The doctor was decent but she has been totally let down by the team around her. Receptionists are exceptionally rude. Calls go unanswered. My medical treatment was totally disrupted due to incompetency of the administrative team.
Here's my experience:
-> 1st virtual consultation went well. I received a diagnosis and plan for treatment. Good start and I felt reassured the expense of the treatment would be worthwhile!
-> However, we then had to have a 2nd virtual (and expensive) appointment purely for administrative purposes to be given the prescription (not sure why this couldn't be done during the 1st appointment).
-> The clinic then failed to inform us that this prescription was ready. It was only when we received a call from a random pharmacy that we had any idea the medication was ready and how it would be delivered.
-> The clinic staff were then totally unresponsive when we tried to book a 3rd appointment (as the doctor had requested). When we eventually made contact, they only had appointments so far into the future that my initial prescription would run out on the same day. This didn't give us enough time to get the next set of medication, and would mean a break in my treatment, which is meant to be continuous.
-> Following our 3rd appointment, the clinic staff continued to be totally unresponsive and we had no idea how to get the prescription. After 3 days I eventually spoke to a receptionist who said the prescription had been posted to the pharmacy, but when I spoke to the pharmacy they hadn't receive it!
-> After multiple hours trying to call the clinic and act as the messenger between them and the pharmacy, the prescription was ready. In the end it took over 4 days for me to receive the medication meaning my treatment is back at square one.
I wouldn't recommend this clinic to anyone.

I am a patient of Mr Sadideen, seeing him for corrective treatment after being over-filled by a practitioner based elsewhere (not at the Cadogan). He, and all the staff at the Cadogan, have been absolutely wonderful and I am extremely happy with both the results and ongoing care. The clinic is always immaculately clean and all the staff friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I have been to a number of private clinics in London, and the Cadogan consistently delivers the highest standard of treatment and service I have experienced anywhere.

Wasn't a pleasant experience.
I waited over 6 weeks to hear back from anyone regarding a consultation. I had to call back so many times during those 6 weeks. In the end, the employee took her time to make excuses why it took so long. I then went for the consultation with Dr. Atherton and was asked to come 30 minutes earlier, so they could take my weight and height etc. In the end I waited for an hour and no one knew about it in the clinic. The reception staff was also not friendly or pleasant. Dr. Atherton was very nice but I decided to go with another clinic and Surgeon in the end. I can't recommend Cadogan. The customer service is just below poor.

I went to the Cadogan Clinic to have my moles checked with Dr Susan Mayou. She was a delight, so friendly and caring. I felt well informed and looked after. I then also had a mole mapping done in the clinic and all the staff were very friendly. Highly recommend.

I visited the Cadogan Clinic for a tear trough procedure in December of last year with Dr Zamani and my under-eye and mid face area has been left in an awful state. I now have visibly darker under eyes post treatment with prominent veins and horrific bumpy rings under both eyes.
The clinic have not seemed to care and have refused to accept responsibility!
They have also refused to refund me for the cost of my treatment in order to have this rectified elsewhere and instead have stated that my only option is to go back to them to have this done again which no person in their right mind would do after one already botched result in such a delicate area !
Now in the process of reporting the clinic for their client care and poor service. Please stay away! There are plenty of great clinics and doctors out there that actually care about their patients and this isn’t one of them

They provided honest advice, very open on possible risks, explained everything in great detail, and approached very humanely. Our doctor was exceptional, and I felt that commercials were not their first priority. We were in the right place.

Doctors are great. New policy of charging a £50 payment to even book and appointment and then not refunding that deposit until 7 working days after the appointment is really inconvenient for patients and petty.

Horrible place!!!!! If I could give 0 stars, I would. Unprofessional staff. Making up the prices as they go! Terrible communication skills and rude receptionist. Don’t know about the Doctors. But the front of house staff need serious training! Just don’t go. Harley street clinics are much nicer and more professional. Thought to give this one a try. Terrible idea! Extremely disappointed!

I called once and my questions were addressed thoroughly. Yet. Emilie (Amelie), a consultant, had to call me back, yet she did not. I called twice to no avail. The receptionists are useless, abrupt, not considerate at all. This, according to the reviews, has beein going for a number of years, so why is nobody at Cadogan, reading these reviews, do something about it? If the surgical procedure is as bad as the first contact given by reception, I have second thoughts.

I have used Dr Mayou for years as my children’s dermatologist and was very pleased to discover she could take care of me as well. She has been extremely helpful, checking for melanoma and other skin issues as well as more cosmetic concerns. I was made welcome by the reception staff and who were also helpful with any query that I may have. My surgeon appeared a little aloof during my initial consultation, this changed with each subsequent appointment, whereby he became receptive and engaging. Cadogan does not have pictures of clients from my background, this was important to me as I was worried about keloid scaring. I am extremely happy with the results of my surgery

I had such a fantastic experience at The Cadogan Clinic. The staff are so personable, friendly and make you feel so comfortable throughout the whole surgical journey. Huge shout-out to Dr. Will Sarakbi who did the most incredible surgery which I am over the moon about. From the very start he made me feel comfortable and at ease and advised me on the best surgical route to fit my frame. He understood my brief completely and from start to finish, helped me through the journey. Another big shout-out to Trisha the nurse who cared for me on the day of surgery. She gave brilliant advice, was so caring and I couldn't have asked for anyone better to be with me throughout the day. Great care received from a top notch consultant. I went to see Dr Sheth with something that was worrying me a little bit, but is probably something he sees five times a day. I got total attention and empathy from a consummate (and charming) professional who accurately diagnosed and then, with staggering minor-surgical elan, sorted-out the issue. I can’t speak highly enough of Dr Sheth - quite excellent.

Dr Susan Mayou had been recommended to me as the best person to help with teenage acne for my daughter and she was so helpful when we saw her. I had a fantastic experience with Mr Sadideen from initial consultation through to my 6 week post-operative check. He was friendly, extremely informative and took the time to listen and completely understand what it was I wanted to achieve. He has given me the perfect, natural look that I wanted and I am delighted with the results of my procedure. He is a very talented surgeon! The staff at the Cadogan Clinic were all welcoming and helpful and the nurse allocated to me was lovely and put me completely at ease on my surgery day and at my follow up appointment a week after surgery.
Overall I had a great experience for this procedure and my previous one at the clinic and would not hesitate to return in the future.

I had no idea what to expect, and was pretty nervous as I think everyone is. However, it turned into such a calm and professional experience from the consultation to the surgery. Dr. Sadideen did a lovey job, the aftercare checkup was great, and I felt very comfortable asking as many questions as I wanted throughout the process.

Mr Philips is extremely personable and professional. I have trusted him with two procedures so far and the experience has been top notch on both occasions. Moreover, with the benefit of time, I can attest that the results have been equally superlative. I researched the clinic and and clinicians beforehand and the standard of service I received lived up to expectations. When I did have a small problem, the clinic demonstrated their customer focus by remedying it immediately. They actively seek feedback which is another reason I find them to be a trustworthy, credible and safe environment.
