Wow. For the first time in 50 years I can see clearly again, short, intermediate and long range. ‘Thank you Centre for Sight’ does’ seem to really cover it.

This clinic, and Mr Sheraz Daya in particular as really helped me to regain some of my eyesight after a botched job at another clinic. The operation he performed on my eyes was not of a normal nature, and there are few people in the world who could have pulled it off so well.
Highly recommend anyone thinking about getting problems fixed, to go see Mr Daya for consultation.

Extremely positive and professional experience with the Centre for Sight. Very thorough assessment by both Mr Daya and the team prior to laser eye surgery. I had a very quick procedure with fast recovery time and was back performing surgery myself 2 days later.
My vision has been assessed as greater than 20/20 at follow up and I have avoided any of the common side effects like dry eyes or haloes. Overall, been a very satisfying decision to proceed with laser eye correction.

Very professional and great initial outcome. However, 7 years later and I am back to wearing glasses again and it would be nearly £400 for a consultation to find out why... I was hoping for results that lasted longer for the price but the immediate results were brilliant.

Initially very pleased with the results of my double multi-focal lens replacements, albeit extremely expensive.
Several weeks after the operation I experienced intermittent blurry vision in my left eye which I had not ever had before. The receptionist on the telephone advised that it was probably a 'floater' in my eye, and I suggested I could return to have it checked.
An appointment was offered with a different consultant at their East Grinstead office rather than the more convenient Cobham practice where I had the surgery. I was shocked to find that not only would the delay to see the consultant be over 10 weeks there would be an additional charge of £295 for the consultation. This would be in addition to the £8,200 I had paid for the lens surgery.
I queried this although was advised the charge would stand. Very disappointed with their attitude and has left a sour taste of the whole experience.

Had a very poor experience with my ICL surgery here. The surgey was repeated twice and I still cannot see properly without glasses. After having paid over £7000 for treatment I am very unhappy and wished I had never had the treatment. After explaining I am having trouble with my vision I was told nothing further could be done, and suggested to go and find treatment elsewhere.

Communication from London is a problem, they don't seem to understand some people travel a very long way and pay a lot of money for this procedure. Wasn't made aware that surgery was not in London as I thought it was. Internal communication issue are also evident. That said on the day of my surgery in Oxshott they were brilliant, young girl on reception was very good, team all good and professional quick operation by the main man himself. Results not as good as I thought however I need to give it time it has been less than a week. Aftercare is BRILLIANT as is contact.

The clinic goes through all the tests for your eyes, but it appeared to me just about everyone who I spoke to was railroaded into the expensive lens replacement
This cost nearly £9000. When it goes wrong, as it did for me, the impression given is of a company used to batting away complaints. A company with few complaints would bend over backwards to maintain good relations
Not this company. They offered for me to repeat the failed process, at my cost, again! Be warned
I was sold multi focal lenses. These worked ok for reading but no improvement to my long sight. I raised this twice with the company, they gave more tests and announced I was 20-20 (again based on reading!)
Within two years they failed dramatically and I struggle to see from the right. Incredible glare with driving at night bordering on dangerous
There are more responsible clinics. This isn’t one of them

Fantastic experience. Had my post-op check-up here and Dr. Espinosa was extremely kind and patient with all my questions. 100% recommend!

Update- I took advice from one of the leading Moorfield eye surgeons. He says the multifocal lenses which were installed by these people very often lead to significant glare.
Oxshott medical informed me this 'glare' would go away, which was wholly incorrect. It is readily apparent that they give bad advice, and take no care if it goes wrong. Even when they were informed of the issue the attitude was, don't worry it will go away!
Shocking poor

I appreciate the offer of a call. But you had that opportunity before and we're adamant in various communications that your position would not change
Further update
Lenses were replaced at a professional centre. The Moorfield. At my own cost
Sight immediately restored to like a 10 year old
Bad advice from centre for sight. Poor after care. Spectrum multifocals fail a lot of patients I am now l(professionally) advised
Sorting the issue out would have cost less (as in lost business) than sticking your head in the sands and acting like fools
Avoid

Fantastic result from the corneal cross-linking procedure done by Dr. Daya. I have great peace of mind that my keratoconus condition and eyesight has stabilized under his care - wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr. Daya.
