Hallo alle, mein Name ist Cihan,
ich habe mir Ende 2019 Implantate einsetzen lassen und Anfang 2020 wurde die Krone, in dieser Klinik, einsetzt. Die Klinik machte einen guten Eindruck und die Zahnärzte wirkten vertrauenswürdig. Anfänglich hatte ich keine Problem, bis gegen Ende 2020 ein Teil meine Krone ausgebrochen ist. Von diesem Zeitpunkt an fiel mir die Krone Stück für Stück auseinander. Bis Mitte 2021 die Krone komplett auseinandergefallen ist.
Natürlich habe ich mich an die Dentamar gewandt und mich über das minderwertige Material beschwert, dass verwendet wurde. Anfänglich konnten sie das nicht glauben und baten mich nach Istanbul zu kommen. Dentamar wollte nur die Kosten für die Krone übernehmen, alles andere sein meine Sache, obwohl ich völlig unverschuldet an diesem Vorfall bin.
Ich habe 2020 über €5000 für die gesamte Behandlung bar bezahlt. Daneben habe ich die Kosten für zweimalig für An-, Abreise, Unterbringung, Verpflegung, Verdienstausfall getragen. Für die Reparatur muss ich diese Kosten nochmals aufbringen!. In dieser Corona-Zeit war eine Anreise in die Türkei nicht mehr möglich ohne berufliche Konsequenzen für mich (Quarantäne = Verdiestausfall).
Meine deutsche Versicherung war bereit 75% der Kosten zutragen um meine Krone in Deutschland zu ersetzen. Ich bat Dentamar die Restkosten von €837 zu übernehmen, was sie bis heute nicht taten. Gemessen an dem was ich bis dahin an Dentamar bezahlt hatte war es ein sehr fairer Angebot von mir.
Ich kann nur abraten solch aufwendige Behandlungen bei (in meinem Fall) nicht sehr qualifizierten Kliniken wie Dentamar durchführen zu lassen. Wenn man die Kosten in Ihrer Gesamtheit betrachtet, ist die Ersparnis nur gering und falls es schiefgeht, wie in meinem Fall, hat man auch keine rechtliche Handhabe, da Dentamar im Ausland sitzt. Bitte überlegt euch genau und rechnet es mal alles durch.

Hello all, my name is Cihan,
I had implants placed at the end of 2019 and the crown, in this clinic, was placed at the beginning of 2020. The clinic made a good impression and the dentists seemed trustworthy. Initially, I had no problem until towards the end of 2020, a part of my crown broke out. From that point on, my crown fell apart piece by piece. Until the middle of 2021, the crown fell apart completely.
Of course, I contacted Dentamar and complained about the inferior material that was used. Initially, they could not believe it and asked me to come to Istanbul. Dentamar only wanted to cover the cost of the crown, everything else being my responsibility, although I am completely blameless in this incident.
I paid over €5000 in cash for the entire treatment in 2020. In addition, I have borne the cost of twice for travel to, from, accommodation, meals, loss of earnings. For the repair, I have to pay these costs again!.. In this Corona time a journey to Turkey was no longer possible without professional consequences for me (quarantine = loss of earnings).
My German insurance was willing to pay 75% of the costs to replace my crown in Germany. I asked Dentamar to cover the remaining costs of €837, which they did not do until today. Compared to what I had paid to Dentamar until then, it was a very fair offer from me.
I can only advise against such costly treatments at (in my case) not very qualified clinics like Dentamar. If you consider the costs in their entirety, the savings are only small and if it goes wrong, as in my case, you also have no legal recourse, since Dentamar is located abroad. Please think carefully and calculate it all through.

Although they took over my wire treatment midway, I never experienced a disability. A polyclinic where your treatment is continued meticulously and never tire the patient during the treatment process. I have been receiving orthodontic treatment in Dentamar for almost 2 years. There is a team that does their job very meticulously. At the same time, they do not miss their smiling faces. A professional clinic where you can meet all your dental treatment needs. A great experience all round. I had bleeding gums I couldn’t treat months ago so I went to Dentamar. They took care of it immediatly. I went for a check up today which was great and my problem is fully solved now.

After a lot of doing a lot of research into implantotogy, I decided to choose Dentamar Clinic as Prof. Emre Seker is an academic and professional expert in this field. Prof Emre Seker took the time to communicate directly with me regarding my treatment. From arrival to departure, the clinic staff was so caring and wonderful. The treatment was First Class.
