Thanks to all at Estecapelli for looking after me so well when i was in there care last week. Am back home now and reflecting on my trip to Istanbul where I left Ireland with a bit of worry as to how things would go. From the moment I made contact in Istanbul airport to the time I was left back 3 days later, the whole experience was brilliant.
Look, hair transplant is a medical operation and not the most pleasurable thing to be facing, but the people in Estecapelli made it the most enjoyable holiday ever.
I stayed at the Rox hotel, the surroundings and food were outstanding. The hospital paid for my stay, including breakfast, and the service was first class. There was also a great buzz about the place with other clients as we were all supportive to each other. I met people from all over the world, Europeans, British, Australians, South Africa and we were all united in our praise for the hospitality and friendship we were shown.
The hospital was also first class, I'd put it up there with the top private hospitals anywhere in Europe. The staff were beautiful, kind and caring and at every stage I was informed about what was happening. They took plasma from my blood sample and injected it afterward to help the growth of the fresh follicles. I had 4,500 transplanted, and that was four days ago, I have felt no pain since and haven't needed any painkillers. This is a credit to the professional care i was shown.
I would highly recommend Estecapelli to anyone and if anyone needs any advice or information about the trip, I would be happy to help as a fellow traveller. It's too early to say if the operation has been a success or not, in a few months time the story will tell, but so far, I feel I was treated so well and they acted so professionally, that I am confident all will be good.

Fantastic place to get your hair transplant if you are thinking about getting the procedure done. A friend of mine who had the procedure recommended Estecapelli so after doing some research and reading the reviews I decided to go for it and I can honestly say that they have been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. I got in touch with Alex via their website and he was in contact with me daily, giving me all of the information and answered any questions that I had. All I had to do myself was to book my flights to Istanbul. My transfer driver was there at the airport waiting for me and the hotel provided was amazing. The team at the hospital were brilliant. I was a little nervous about the procedure but the team put me at ease straight away. Despite the procedure being long, I cannot fault the professionalism of the whole team and I am so glad that I chose Este capelli. I was given all the post procedure information and I have stayed in touch with Alex to update him with my hair growth photos. I am really happy with the results. Even after just one month, I feel great and looking forward to updating the team with my amazing results. I very rarely leave reviews about anything but I know that there are a lot of people like myself who are unsure about having the procedure so I wanted to share my positive experience with Este Capelli and if you are thinking about it, just go for it now because it’s life changing.

I am so happy I have opted for Estecapelli. sure there are many options in the market, even for better price, but I have seen some people during my staying in `istanbul and they were not all happy after the operation. It is not only about the operation, for me it is about the trust we build up before I went to Istanbul and the whole thing, service, follow up, personal contact and for sure results. 1.5 week after the operation I have a clean head and see hair growing, enough hair. Right after the operation I was already able to do things and see lots of things in the city, no pain at all and nothing stopping me from carrying out a normal life. The guys at Estecapelly are very friendly, spaces at the clinic are clean and disinfected every day and even in Covid-19 times I felt completely at easy and safe at their facilities. I would like to praise & thank Este Capelli Hair for its total professionalism recently, in giving a superb hair transplant to a colleague/friend of mine. He, Tomasz, is a Polish dentist in his mid-30s, and has instructed me to write this, on his behalf. His English is very good, but he's instructed me to write this review on his behalf. We travelled to Istanbul in October of 2019, for his treatment. My friend is, himself, a dentist. As such, he's a highly-trained & experienced clinician...and only wanted the best hair-transplant treatment, for maximum chances of success. He searched at least six of Istanbul's hair clinics, and decided that Este Capelli appeared to be the best. He is extremely pleased with every aspect of his experience. We flew Pegasus Airlines, an excellent Turkish airline, which has upgraded its fleet recently, to fly brand new A320 'neo' aircraft...which is the comfortable plane we flew on, from Bergamo to Istanbul. Upon arrival, and checking in to the hotel, we got up the next morning, and were driven the short distance to the hospital. Our car transfers from & to the airport were perfect. Our 4-star hotel lived up to, indeed exceeded, our expectations. The Este Capelli team were well prepared, and answered Tomasz's questions, before commencement of the days' surgery. The surgery team knew just how many follicle grafts to deploy, to ensure that the optimum chances of success & cosmetic correctness were achieved. On the day of surgery, I got to observe most of the prep work. There was a team of four meticulous surgeons & technicians who concentrated on his transplant op for over 10 dedicated hours. The Sapphire FUE transplant is the new gold-standard of permanent own-hair removal & scalp-site relocation, and Este Capelli's team are, as far I could see, as good as any on the planet. This is, technically, medically, microsurgery. So, the team doing it needs to be highly trained. They need to know to not overharvest the donor-site, and to be manually sure of their emplacment of the follicles. The VITA prep program alone, was over 65 minutes, in my friend's case, and it's crucial for maximising chances of retention success. From what I could see, the VITA prep program is absolutely recommended. It costs significantly extra, but it is WELL worth it. Once you see the Este Capelli team in action with the VITA serum prep of the scalp, you immediately 'get' why it is so important an option. 4,300 grafts later, and my dentist friend was very happy. He even slept for 3 hours during the op. The aftercare gentle head-wash the next day was expertly done. With that, the happy dentist was done...save for collecting his 3-month supply of included Este Capelli shampoos & Pro-capillary foam sprays, which will help the new blood-supply to 'take' to the new grafts over the coming months. It will be July of 2020 before the 'final' dense-hair results can be seen, but, from early indications, it appears that all is very much going to plan. As a cosmetic dentist, my friend's appearance & image is important to him. For what it is worth, when we were at Sabiha Gokcen airport, for the trip home, we saw at least 8 other men who were in Departures, who had just had hair transplants. They were wearing headbands with different clinic names on them, and at least four of those people had rear donor-sites which were in nowhere near as good, even condition, as Tomasz's. Which just goes to show...experts will never overharvest, which has the potential to damage the skin of the back of the scalp. Tom's harvest area looks very 'clean' & undamaged, with 'even' one-in-every-six harvest. With Este Capelli's truly expert help, he's well on his way to achieving a great result. Just wanted to start with thanks to Alex he is a star.
From the first contact until this day (15days after the surgery) he’s constantly available for any kind of help I ever needed.
Basically value for money is great, these guys take care of everything ( I didn’t have to know or do anything except having money with me and that’s it).
Alex is the man if you need anything!!!!
Surgery wise:
I did 5300 grafts and surgery was 10h long.
My doctor was Firat ( special thanks to him he did a great job).
Team was super young and very professional, place very clean.
I want to mention Mustafa ( young lad who is probably on training) this guy made everything more fun and easier to handle.
Super super personality on that guy thank you very much Mustafa for everything and all the best.
After the surgery since I came home (Ireland) Im constantly guided by Alex.
Im happy with the results so far, there was no pain what so ever included.
Now I just have to wait for everything to fall and my new hair to grow ????.
I would definitely recommend Este Capelli hair clinic to everyone specially if you are lucky enough to get Alex as you guide.
I don’t know about other clinics but for this one I can vouch that they are super professional and very clean ( basically they know what they are doing).

I was looking for a clinic for hair transplant until I met Sonya, the Estecapelli's representative. She was tremendously professional, kind, attentive, devoted to her job, and above all, true regarding all the procedure and real state of my hair. Once in Istanbul I was picked up from the airport to a excellent 5 star hotel. At the hospital I was filled in with all details about the surgery and procedure after-operation. The team of nurses and doctors is amazingly kind, cordial, friendly and above all very skillful. They made me feel safe and care all the time. I have just returned home and being monitored by Sonya who wanna makes sure that I will be careful with the graphs transplanted. I am absolutely amazed for the way I was treated, for the Estecapelli's professionals and for the results. I fully and honestly recommend Estecapelli. If you wanna get the results you dream, don't look for price but for quality.

I am living in Denmark and wanted to do my hair transplantation. After search and talk to some clinics finally I choose Estecapelli. Before my travel I was nervous that my selection was right. At first i was really nervous and i actually wasn't sure will it be good result but all my concerns are disappeared. My consultant Sky was really helpful and she answered all of my questions and she took care of me in every step of the process. Everything was very clear. I was given Estecapelli as a recommendation by a friend from Alanya. We travelled to Istanbul before christmas. They picked up me and my friend from airport and our stay was in nice 5 star hotel.
We had great experience. The medical team were all brilliant. They took great care of us through the treatment and the whole procedure went smoothly. I've got perfect service, really. Spacial thanks to Sofia who provided one of the best client service I ever had. Everything went smooth, according to plan that I was told. Doctors and nurses did great job with attention to details. Everybody were pleasant and friendly. I'd like to thank everybody for that work and I can definitely recommend this clinic. I choose sapphire FUE, they transplanted me 4500 grafts and it took approximately 9 hours in one day.
