Massive thanks to the wonderful Dr Cem Baysal and his team. I came from Ireland prepared for implants to my two front teeth, but instead he opted to save my teeth and fit crowns. A lesser dentist would have taken the money, but Dr Baysal is committed to providing the best care for each individual patient, so my teeth were saved!! The final result is amazing, the crowns are solid and feel so natural in my mouth and are perfectly matched to the colour of my existing teeth. I could not recommend this wonderful dentist and his team enough. Thank you Dr Baysal.

Travelled from the UK to see Dr Baysal for teeth whitening. I am very picky with who i choose for such procedures and I am very happy with Dr Baysal's results and the integrity he has with his job. Mr Baysal was worried that i may have been in some pain from another procedure i had done elsewhere prior to coming to the clinic. He mentioned we would not go ahead should there be any pain at all whilst fitting in my mouth guard. This also showed me how much he cares about his patients over money. Just as good if not better than dentists you will find in Harley St London. 100% recommended. Thank you

Thanks to Dr. Baysal. One aspect that I have noticed Dr. Cem is that how knowledgeable he's on his work. Clean, smooth and pain-free oral surgery operation. A bonus point is that a fast surgery. He did 3 implants which one of them was also an extraction under 2 hours. That is impressive. It used to take me one root canal that I did before almost 3 hours.
So, yeah, I must say was well worth it flying in all the way from America. And don't forget it is very affordable. You will not be disappointed!

So I wanted to let you know again that everything is wonderful. Many admire my teeth and I have not had any problems so far. Everything is as promised in January. I can only recommend. If there is anything I can always contact the doctor and he always has time for me. I am very happy with the result and the new course in my life. I am so pleased to have found Dr Cem Baysal and his team. He is incredibly knowledgeable and brilliant at what he does. I came to him with many teeth issues and he was able to develop a treatment plan to address all the problems I was having. I have been to different dentists in the UK and most have felt overwhelmed with the number of problems I was having. Some dentists also recommended me implants but Dr Baysal advised against this. Dr Baysal always gave me different options putting the best option forward that would give me healthy, long lasting and natural results. I was not an easy patient but 4months ago we completed the entire treatment- invisaligns, 4 wisdom tooth extractions, 8 mercury fillings replaced, 6 crowns, infection removal and general teeth cleaning).
I am still in disbelief at what he has been able to achieve with my teeth transformation. I dont plan on going to any other dentist ..even if it means a flight to turkey.

I had some work done by Dr. Baysal last spring including veneers. I have had a LOT of trouble with my teeth over the last decade so I’ve seen a n inordinate amount of dentists, maxillofacial surgeons, periodontist, etc. . . To save some money I went to Istanbul to see Dr.Baysal. He was very professional, forward, skilled, and trustworthy. I live the way my teeth look. They are very natural looking. When I got back, My dentist couldn’t even tell that I had veneers until half way through my appointment. She was very complimentary of Dr. Baysal’s work. Highly recommended.

At the beginning of September I was with Dr. baysal to make the crowns. there were two sessions. Like the first time, He has given a very warm welcome. Thank you for your kindness . then the impressions were made. a week later the crowns were ready and placed. At first I had a bit of problem getting used to it. that passed quickly. now in march 2022 I have no more problems. nothing remains between the teeth. I'm very satisfied. Goodness I thought the reviews were excellent but I was amazed at his professionalism. I had 6 implants and it was so quickly done with no trouble afterwards. I am grateful to him as he also saw a cyst which he also removed. His price is very reasonable for the service you get. My temporary crown on my from implant wound is advance technology I have not seen anywhere. Would highly recommend him as has alot of patience and honest.

Had my first treatment this week with Dr Baysal. I've had a lot of trauma with my teeth and peridontal issues which were reviewed by a private dentist, who could not give me any reassurance about what could be done. I researched for 6 months and found Dr Baysal. He explains your circumstances in great detail having reviewed your scan. I've had 3 teeth extractions and then a 2nd one for the other side. I took 1 tablet for the pain and that was it!!!!!! I've had fillings in the UK that were more painful and lasted days. I'm overwhelmed and stunned at how well it went. His team are amazing, the clinic itself is immaculate. They are all so reassuring and really care about what they do. I am actually looking forward to coming back to get my implants and see my laughing dentist. No question about my recommendation, don't go anywhere else, he really is the best and clearly not just a cosmetic dentist but an excellent medical dentist.

I needed urgent dental work and the cost in Australia was out of the question. I researched Phuket, Bangkok, Bali, India and turkey. I decided on Dr Cem Baysal as I just couldn’t find a bad review online anywhere. I know why - he is just very very good. I got a clear explanation of what I needed. Instead of losing a number of teeth (which I had been told in Australia) I have had two bone grafts to save teeth. I am due to come back in Feb 2023 for implants post the bone grafts healing. I have had just had two bone grafts and gum surgery, 1 extraction and 7 fillings and I didn’t feel a thing. In addition his treatment was very affordable , far more so than Australia. His staff are professional and I got a clear explanation of the problem and what I needed. There was no upselling - in fact he talked me out of veneers and gave me solid reasons why. I was very lucky to get to this professional. I had one implant done this summer. Everything went very smooth from the beginning. Dr Cem Baysal is my dentist since 2009. Even after I moved to Minnesota/USA in 2017, I still go to him for any issues and don’t have coverage in the USA. He is such a great professional. He does everything perfect and so smooth. I had an implant this summer without any issue. I went to eat kebap after that directly from his office. In 13 years, nothing happened to my fillings that he made 13 years ago, he removed all of my wisdom teeth with operation and I could go eating after it, too.
I can not trust anybody else. He is the best!!

By far one of the best dentist I have come across. He has made my fear of dentist disappear. He removed 2 teeth and put in 2 implants without me even worrying. Cem bey did a crown on one of my front teeth five years ago and it still looks great. I have had no problems. I just came to him for a second opinion on some fillings. He took some X-rays and did some grinding/correcting of my new fillings from a different dentist and it feels much better. He also listens well and is caring. Thanks Dr Cem!

I had a front tooth implant fitted by Dr Cem a couple of weeks ago. I was eating a meal a couple of hours later with no pain. I've now forgotten that it's an implant. My wife has a fear of dentists and needed a lot of work. Dr Cem and his team were excellent at keeping he calm throughout her treatment. This treatment including Dr Cem working to 8pm on a Friday night to complete the treatment before we flew home the next day. Try getting that level of service in the UK. Don't be fooled by treatment that includes accommodation, Dr Cem joked that he is a dentist. Not a travel agent! If you want your teeth fixed go see Dr Cem and book your own hotel!

After a very long search to find a good dentist, I have had many quotes from different clinics but the majority of them offered me a dental package, that included flights and very attempting accommodation, like 5 stars hotels, but I wasn't sure that these packages are the best option for me as they never mentioned the names of the doctors that will be treating me. As an anaesthetist doctor, I was keen to find an experienced professional dentist, that has a very good credentials, which I think is the most important information anyone needs to know before proceeding with treatment. I finally have made my choice to be under the care of Dr. Cem Baysal, who is in my opinion the best dentist I ever met. Both him and his staff were very accommodating, his clinic is very clean and spotless. After a 3D scans, he discussed all the options and explained everything in details. His english is perfect so no communication problem, he managed to find a time to do my 3 implants on the same day, even though he was very busy. I had 3 implants under local anaesthetic with no pain, and no complications. He is very professional, very caring and quick at delivering the treatment with best results expected. He also will try to save one of my tooth which, my dentist in UK suggested that it has to be removed. Dr. Cem Baysal you're such a wonderful doctor and you always make me feel so safe. You are a perfect combination of responsibility and care. Thank you for taking care of me so delicately. I am looking forward to seeing you again after a four months period to complete my treatment.

Dr Cem and his personal staff are fantastic.
I was at his clinic early December 2022 for repair and preparation work. I had temporary crowns fitted. I knew I had chosen one of the best dentists in the world by the preparation work and temporary crowns and the quality of his work.
I returned to Dr Cems clinic in early March 2023 to have my dental work completed.
I had 19 x Zirconium Crowns individually fitted and 4 Zirconium Crown implants fitted, I also had shoulder treatment, very important procedure which I would highly recommend.
I highly recommend Dr Cem Baysal and his team, for their professionalism,knowledge, and how well I was looked after by everyone.
Please if you are thinking of coming for dental work in Turkey, come to this dental genius, you will be in safe hands...

This man is amazing, when I tell you I had 3 oral operations with zero pain I mean exactly what I say. No pain at all. My dental health was not great, broken & missing teeth with gum disease. Dr Baysal immediately put me at ease, his laid back, friendly persona confirmed I was in good hands. Dr Baysal talked me through my treatment plan, gave me various treatment options dependant on my financial budget, but obviously suggested his best opinion. The digital dentistry was out of this world. He even allowed me to do a bank transfer to save my money on exchange rates.
I had major gum surgery, surgical extractions (where my gum was cut into to remove the broken tooth) bone grafting & 11 implants placed. I experienced no pain at all, and minimal face swelling considering how much work I had done, I expected to find talking difficult let alone anything else. To be honest I’ve had more pain from one root canal treatment in the UK
His clinic is immaculate, his assistants are so friendly and kind. I had ct scans before and after the implants, I kept the cds with my images. So I had my Implants placed beginning of May 2023, and I’m planning to return Jan/Feb 2024 for my cosmetic dentistry.
You are obviously here reading this review because you’re researching the best dentist in Turkey, stop right now and book Dr Baysal. This man is a master at his craft.
I’m so happy I followed my instincts and went with Dr Baysal. I cannot wait to return to Istanbul to finish off my treatment. When I say Dr Baysal is my new dentist, you may ask why? And my answer is, I’d rather spend £500 on flights on hotel, twice a year, have a few days out of the UK relaxing and see my dentist…..

I rarely do reviews, but Dr Baysal deserves 5 stars, and I am also doing you a favour because Dr Baysal must be one of the most competent dentists in the jungle of Turkish dentistry.
Firstly, he is one of only few dentists to use CT scanning as a diagnostic tool (none of my former own dentists have ever done that). His diagnosis is therefore 100% informed and accurate, and I still can’t believe I had to go to Istanbul to get that! He picked up several important issues needing attention, which my UK dentist had overlooked for years and would have caused me serious health issues later, had they not been caught by him in time. He really is exceptionally competent at diagnosing, which is fundamental and should be the basis your treatment plan yet left out by most other dentists.
He addressed the necessary issues, gave me a few treatment and cost options but without pushing for additional work.
His work looks amazingly natural & beautiful, but my oral health also improved so much after the treatment (combination of sinus lift/ implant/root canal/crown).
In terms of dentistry work, he is a perfectionist. Weirdly, it’s a pleasure to observe him work because he is so skilled; no former dentist that I have had treatment with were as detailed or took as much time in their preparations as Dr Baysal. He even sent some crowns back to the lab because he was not perfectly happy with their shape and thought they should be 1mm longer (and he was right????).
Granted, there are cultural difference, and the clinic is more informal and ‘open plan’ than I’m used to, but perfectly clean. Information is a bit sparse, on a need-to-know basis, but I'll take that any time over my former dentists' mediocre work and ill-informed diagnoses delivered with perfect bedside manners.
Dr Baysal is a genuinely caring person, very competent and I’m so, so glad I found him. I’ll happily be flying to Istanbul for even regular dental check-ups going forward. His clinic is in a great part of town, and it will be a pleasure to see him and his sweet team again. I highly recommend him. Look no further, honestly.
