Dr. Nagra is wonderful! I really appreciate how informative and effective she is. She tells you exactly what is going on in your mouth in easy to understand terms. The front desk staff are also extremely kind. Perfect dental clinic.

My daughter, a university student, arrived at 7:30 am for her appointment and was told the reception 'forgot' to add her in the schedule. She waited until 9:00 am for the next available appointment. She has 100% dental care and had to pay up front $415. She was not provided with the option for direct billing.

This was my first time visiting this office and I couldn’t be happier. They were quick to respond and the staff was eager to help and get me in as quickly as possible. I didn’t wait more than 5 minutes before going to the dental chair. The dentist was fantastic and didn’t try to add any services I didn’t need. Excellent dentist and will be returning for sure.

Very professional and fantastic care, its the combination I want from someone who takes care of my dental issues. I appreciate when I had a recent issue I was able to visit not one but two other Trillium offices over the Christmas holidays and they were able to assist me with my concerns. Went there a few weeks ago for emergency but they wouldn't extract without me paying big bucks that I can't afford. On ODSP. They don't take ODSP and friend payed for visit. Argyle Associates contacted me about getting the teeth extracted at there office..but they need a referral. Thanks Trillium for flip flopping your decision and getting me the referral. Hopefully get these bad teeth out soon and get off these antibiotics have been taking far too long.

Very friendly but also very expensive! The hygienist was great with handling sensitive teeth and gums. However, I would highly recommend giving a price breakdown beforehand and verifying if x-rays are really necessary.
My benefits normally cover most of my dental but I ended up having to pay most of my visit to Trillium Dental out of pocket. For a $519 visit charge, my benefits covered $163 of that, as it did not covering the "dental exam" and the x-rays. The note on my claim denial said I had already had up to 15 intra-oral x-rays in the last 3 years. Surely it would have been much easier and cheaper to have gotten the x-rays from my previous dentist. My claim also noted that my "plan covers complete examinations once every 3 years," which makes me ask what exactly is a dental exam? I saw the dentist for about a minute. Is that really a dental exam charge that would amount to $160?
I think clarity on the price breakdown beforehand could have saved me a lot of grief that I'm now dealing with as I'm stuck with a huge bill that I did not expect.

The service is great, but the price is too high. I'm a student with limited dental insurance. However, they didn't care if my insurance covered it or not. They just pushed me to do many things that cost me a lot. I was there for a year and spent thousands of dollars. Thanks for taking care of my teeth, but I don't think I will go there anymore.

Everybody is very kind. The dentist is very skilled.
I've had a tooth pulled and the pain after was negligible.
Today, I had a bunch of cavities filled and the freezing is still in effect.
Very happy that I found this dental office. They have been great.

Had such a lovely experience with the dental assistant and the dentist. Both were incredibly kind, warm, and thorough. Called and was received the same day, for the full ex-ray and a small cleaning it cost 250$. Worth it for the peace of mind and a post examination next week. Would absolutely recommend going there for your dental needs. Thank you again!

The hygienist was experienced, professional and courteous. I was particularly impressed with her gentle yet effective touch at the cleaning stage. Great dentist office, I’ve visited a handful of times and often feel stressed out for procedures and cleanings due to suffering from TMJ issues. They were always patient, friendly and put me at ease. Would recommend :)

Extremely disappointed, they charged me more than the Ontario Dental Fee guide recommended prices leading to me paying out of pocket for 30% of my procedure even though I have insurance that covers 90%. They would not refund me the difference. I suggest you avoid this clinic or at least ensure they are not going to overcharge you like they did to me before you get a procedure done here.
