When the practice was first started as Laurier Dental with Dr. Moison and Dr. Lavergne, the area around Clarence-Rockland was different than it is today. As the town developed, so did we. Our Dental Clinic Clarence Rockland grew right along with the Rockland and we made it our commitment to be a positive member of our community.

The staff at Pacifica Dental are amazing. As a newer patient the process of getting paperwork transferred and file opened were done with great ease. The dental hygienists are skilled, appointments run on time and Dr. Farmer is very detailed and professional. He also gave me lots of advices..! I have been coming here for about 3 times so far and the place is really clean and they are overall really welcoming and caring!!

Great customer service and clean atmosphere. The staff are professional and friendly. They take the time to ensure clients happiness and satisfaction are met with each visit. The office is always accommodating to book a time that works best!

Got a call from them last week telling me I owed them 400$ from an appointment 2 years ago. I kept telling them it made no sense because I paid them and then they claimed I hadn't paid my last bill either. When I told them that I had a bill of sale to prove my last payment they quickly dropped it and said they would call my insurance company to dispute it. For the next week they dodged my questions regarding following up with the issue. Finally, they called me to confirm the appointment and I brooched the subject. They told me because the claim was made 2 years prior they couldn't dispute it. I immediately called the insurance company after the call and it was settled in 2 minutes!! Turns out the dental office had not filed it right with the insurance company and the cheque was mailed out to me instead of them. They treated me like I didn't bother paying them, when it was their error all along. This was an extremely stressful and negative experience. I was worried about it all week, I had pulled my bank and credit card statements from that year ready to prove it to them I had paid the bill, had to go through my entire insurance claims history and call the insurance company, plus had asked the dental office to have that bill ready for me to review the next time I was there. I had to do all the leg work to fix their mistake and they were all set to charge me 400$ for their own error.

Since they switched ownership, weird charges suddenly appearing from years back even though they take credit card info every time they claim insurance for you as backup. They couldn't explain the reason except for "it's in the computer"

For me the interaction with the receptionists and the dentists was professional and friendly. I'm a person with a positive personality and the staff was treating me the same way. I would never go anywhere else. I recommend this dentist to everyone.

I’ve been here for almost 9 years now. I always been serve right and with politeness.
Never been force to buy or do something I believe I can live with. Price are fair and reasonable. Any questions I have they come back with good detailed response and take the time. My goal is to keep my teeth forever and seem to be going this way since my first visit. Sincerely, Rachel ????

Appointments rarely start on time and can be a pain to coordinate two people at once. Giving this place a bit of time to improve their service before making a switch to another clinic.
