J'ai effectué une liposuccion en janvier 2020 fait par le Dr Bouzguenda Chiraz dont j'en suis très satisfaite avec une nuit dans cette clinique
L'accueil la propreté le service et le personnel vraiment au top
On est venu nettoyer ma chambre plusieurs fois, mes draps ont été changer, on est passé me voir pour choisir mon repas, j'ai eu plusieur visite, un généraliste est passé me voir pour prendre de mes nouvelles
Les infirmières vraiment au top rassurante à l'écoute et au petit soin sachant que j'ai eu des vomissements, elles m'ont aidé a faire ma toilette, venu prendre tension et température la nuit.
En plus d'un coffre fort et d'un code wifi...
Je détail car quand je vois les commentaires précédents je suis vraiment pas d'accord
Tous au petit soin pour moi vraiment très contente
Je la conseil fortement

The clinic is catastrophic. The staff not at all, but not at all professional. doctors often beginners who only think about billing, billing, and billing more. Save yourself. Go elsewhere. If it is an emergency it is better to go to another clinic or to a public hospital.
If it's not an emergency, go to a doctor's office.

Clinique au top quand il s’agit de facturer et d’encaisser l’avance de 500 dinars, facturer des examens ainsi que le coton utilisé pour te faire la prise de sang.
En revanche, quand tu reviens pour demander un certificat, les patients sont introuvables dans le registre papier et même dans leur « système », si je ne m’étais pas moi occupé de l’hospitalisation de mes parents, ils auraient réussi à me persuader que nous n’étions jamais venus dans cette clinique. Bref, après 1h30 d’attente, le médecin a fini pas écrire 5 lignes sur un papier.

Qu’est-ce que cette M….. de standard ? Il se décroche sans aucune réponse. Il n’y a pas de responsable pou vérifier la bonne marche de cette M…. Je comprends pourquoi cette clinique est très mal notée.

Poor support after a fall. They let me go with a broken nose and an unsutured wound despite having the facial Maxillo present (no scan, nothing) he even assured me that I had nothing and could leave.
A simple bandage at 120 dinars that day.
I wonder who's going to pay for the rhinoplasty now.
