We called to make an appointment and we were told that the dentist can’t take our son because he is not “her” patient!!!! Don’t waste your time! Find a dentist who cares to treat you and doesn’t have too many patients!!!

We had the best care. Good doctor and staff. Flexible in everything. Doctor Omar made it possible for my daughter Alicia to make it to the senior grad pic with her braces off without compromising the result.

I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Omar's practice. I originally went to another orthodontist (for my daughter) who came highly recommended. Although the other doctor was extremely professional, they recommended tooth extraction, of which we were against, and stated they would not work with us to establish another treatment plan. Dr. Omar happened to support my business, and when she mentioned she was a doctor, I decided to Google her name. I was in awe to learn she practices in Chantilly! (After learning this I now see her name everywhere!) I immediately called to get an appointment. The service, professionalism, convenient payment plan, and welcoming atmosphere have been nothing but stellar. Every time I come here i’m always greeted so kindly, my appointments always go smoothly and it feels like such a comfortable environment. As someone who gets anxious easily, I greatly appreciate everyone being so welcoming. The front desk was super quick and responsive and was able to get me a same day appointment with short notice which i’m really thankful for. Keisha and Melanie worked on me and made sure all my needs were addressed and talked me through every step of my appointment. My experience with Omar Orthodontics has been nothing but phenomenal!! Dr. Omar herself welcomes you every time with a huge smile and her uplifting vibe and technique cannot go unnoticed! Her willingness to work with us has always been appreciated by me and my family. From the very beginning, the entire skilled staff has always been inviting, polite, funny, and caring. I recently returned to them to get new Invisalign retainers, and they have been nothing but amazing. For both my braces in the past, and my new retainers, they have given me the care and attention as through I were family. They also give an extremely affordable price for the best service you get from any orthodontist. If I could, I would give them a 6/5 stars for how easy they have made getting my retainers be.

BEST Orthodontics Practice on the East Coast!! Every time I visit there are nothing but GOOD VIBES! They really do make you feel like family. Not only do they care about your journey to a new smile, but they care about you personally. Dr. Omar is INCREDIBLE. She is ONE OF A KIND. I wish she could be my doctor for EVERYTHING. She is so kind-hearted, knowledgeable and hilarious! The staff works so well together and you can tell they care about each other. They also offer Dental Monitoring which means I don't have to go into the office as much, because I take scans at home and they check-up on me weekly! It's almost like a virtual appointment! They explain the process very well and make sure all questions are answered. I could go on and on about how FANTASTIC they are, but you NEED to go in to experience the GREATNESS that is GUARANTEED. Dr. Anisa Omar is outstanding! She is very knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and she explains all the various options really well. I came in with my son for braces today. He was a little apprehensive at first but they were absolutely soooo pleasant and informative he ended up falling asleep during his process. Awesome practice; from the admin staff at check-in to the clinical staff and Dr. Omar!! My daughter’s first visit was very streamline and straightforward. I appreciate and respect Dr. Omar’s treatment plan on waiting a few months before re-evaluating and beginning treatment on my daughter. Shows that she values each patient’s care individually. Everyone was so sweet to my daughter and even ran out to bring her a sticker when they saw her cry walking to the car because she really wanted braces. Talk about service! I don't even know where to start. My experience at Omar Orthodontics has been nothing short of amazing. Dr. Omar and her staff are the best human beings on the planet. They are so transparent, lively, and fun, that it is bittersweet when it comes time to end treatment. I felt like I was part of the staff there and Melanie is the funniest person ever. I can't rave about this place enough. From when you first walk in, it's just positivity and great vibes from everyone there.
I also love how Dr. Omar and her staff aren't afraid to have fun when the patients are around. This honestly makes me want to go into orthodontics and work here. If you're thinking about getting braces or doing any sort of orthodontic treatment, you'd be doing yourself a disservice for not going here. It was well worth the drive all the way from Manassas.

Dr Omar and the staff are the absolute best. They always make you feel at home and feel like part of a family. They will do everything they can to ensure that your teeth look great by the end of the process. I moved 3 states and they still accommodated me by sending my aligners to wherever I lived. I have never been to any medical practice ever in my life that is as welcoming and nice as Omar ortho. I came here to get my retainer fixed, I was welcomed from the moment I arrived, the office smells great and the receptionist is so kind. They got me in less than 5 minutes of wait. Keisha, was awesome, genuinely friendly and caring, she reattached my retainer quickly and was good to go. When you come here, you feel lyou are amongst family and friends. Everyone from the Dr. That I briefly spoke to, to the techs and receptionist is genuinely kind and caring. I’m glad I found this place, will recommend it to everyone I know.
