I"m writing this to all the people who are considering this procedure - there is nothing to fear but the fear itself. This procedure is life changing and I'm happy I chose to do it with Olcay Saygin and her team because I received personal treatment and I felt like I was taken care of before, after and during the operation. While doing prp treatments back in Tel Aviv, the doctors told me that compared to other people, my head was clean, organised and most importantly the entire look was uniform all around. After 7 months I can confidently say that I know I chose a great clinic, with a professional team. Another thing I liked about Zen hair clinic is that Olcay Saygin is a female doctor in a male dominant industry. My surgery was carried out smoothly with no issues. I got all aftercare instructions and products. Overall it was a great experience and an entirely different feeling when you see your hair grown up again perfectly. After searching for hours and contemplating for 2 years whether to preform this surgery at all, I decided to go with Zen Hair Company for the following reasons.
-Positive reviews online through google.
-Quick response from Team at Zen Hair Clinic ( Thanks to Mohamed) English Spoken
-My case was reviewed, professional quote was sent to me within 2 hours.
-Fast forward 10 days later, I was picked up from Sabiha Airport
- Dropped off at a decent Hotel where 2 of my nights were covered in cost.
- Surgery day, I was welcomed into what I consider an extremely Sterile Environment ( I cannot stress this enough). One of my top concerns.
- Surgery was conducted in two phases, day 1, day2.
- Doctor Olcay Saygin along with team Jenk, Ashure ( I hope I got the names right ) Preformed : shaving of head, sterilization, local anesthesia, extraction of hair follicles, preparation of implant site, and implanting hair follicles all while making sure the implanting site was sterile using different swabs, and cleaning materials).
- Also, worth to mention that Dr. Olcay Saygin was hands on %90 of the time.
- I was quoted 4000-4500 follicles, I counted the first session to have over 2300 extractions and over 2200 implanting site as the doctor was conducting the surgery.
- Second Session, the doctor conducted slightly more transplants and made sure that my front and back up to crown area was full of hair.
- Furthermore, second session included P.R.P injection (Platelet Rich Plasma injection which entails withdrawing a small quantity of blood approx 10cc and running it through a centrifuge spinner which splits red blood cells from plasma cells. Plasma cells are the injected into scalp to promote healing of implant site and hair growth by providing the hair follicles the needed proteins.
- Total procedure time within the two days approximately 17 hours including lunch.
- Cost wise, I was offered cheaper pricing with few other companies but I chose this clinic due to the attention to detail and the fact that I was the only patient for the clinic for the 2 days I was booked in. This reduces fatigue errors, and focuses on quality of work as oppose to quantity of work.
- Lastly, there are crucial vitamins and supplements that are not covered in the package that i recommend taking for a small cost.
- I am convinced that I will get good results based on what I described above. I will post some Pr-Opperation photos, 1st stage of operation, 2nd stage of operation chronologically,.

i had my hair transplant done by Dr. Olcay Saygin 10 days ago and i would say that the way the procedure is being carried out is unmatchable starting from the pre surgery, through the surgery and the aftercare.
Along with the skilled team Dr. Olcay performs the surgery by herself and thats one of the reason i chose this clinic.

dear folks,
don't go to this clinic they use cheap techniques to implant your hair. at the beginning it all looks good. but after a few months the grafts will fall out. I was asked about my blood values information because of my result 9 months later. they should have done this much earlier at the start of the operation. now nine months later I had hoped for a good result, this is not even called a result but failure.
don't go here they will use anything against you and not to give you money back!!!!
if i get my money back, I will keep you people informed hopefully they can only give me my money back as last hope.
If they dont give me refund i will not call these people professionals

Anyone thinking off going to these un proffesional heartless people...don't make that mistake. THEY WILL RUIN YOUR HAIR.I went to this clinic 1 year ago and my results are so rubbish, they have over harvested my donor area and i have no density where they implanted. i was not even that bald just my temples were a bit receded. I contacted them to see if they would offer to correct it or some money back to sort it out in my own country (because off covid) yet they make all the excuses and have even ended up blocking my number. No help at all, this is not how proffesional companies work.I was gullible enough to believe all the reviews and go here based on that..but now looking back they are fake and probably family and friends...as you can see they all say the same thing yet no one really post their results. There is no guarantee with this clinic...whatever your result...they are just after your money. I have photos and conversation evidence. I dont want people to make the same mistake as me, as i know how much this means to you.

20 months after my transplant, it was clear to me it was a failure (photos attached). Frizzy hair, lack of density, and patches all over. Thinking I had a results guarantee, I contacted ZEN Hair and they EXPLICITLY said that they do not guarantee the results (please check the conversation screenshot linked). So, if you want to risk your hair transplant, go ahead and book with them. You may be lucky and get decent results. But if you are not lucky, be prepared to incur the costs of another transplant (and guess what, there is no results guarantee then either!).
It is a shame that the Dr. refuses to admit her failure and assume her full professional responsibility. It is also lame to give a GUARANTEE report post-operation, that does not guarantee anything.
The contact persons working with the cross-continental worldwide famous Dr. Olcay are good and respectful. I thank them for translating (the doctor only speaks turkish).

I've checked so many places in Turkey. Got many offers from various of clinics. Evantually, I've decided my hair transplant for Dr. Olcay Saygin's Zenhair clinic.

Had the hair transplant 1 month ago and everything went well. The team was great and proffesional. The clinic and operating room was clean. The hair healed well so far. The only point that could be improved is the fact that they don’t speak enough english ( i had a translator though ). Would recommend the hairtransplant there. Will see the result in a year to see if it worked as expected :)

Poor outcome. From the beginning, I felt that Dr Olcay was only interested in cash. She can't even speak a single word of English, translation is a mess and she doesn't listen thoroughly to the patient: She has only one plan she applies to everyone.The follow up is also disastrous: they never call me back 15 months after the surgery. Some (most) of the reviews are fake and promote her work as brilliant. From my own experience, please stay away from her until she changes her greedy behavior.

Had a very good experience making beard esthetic transplant at this clinic. Stuff is very professional, friendly and helpful. Really liked I choose this place. I've been really stressed about finding the right place to get my hair transplant. Given that there are so many options in the market, I had to do a deep research on the options I found and ai found that ZenHair by Dr. Olcay was the best option. They have the best value for money and it was really releaving that the doctor was in there, working herself and supervising her team, which is really rare to find nowadays since it's usually just the technicians taking care of the whole process. Overall I had a very good experience with Zen Hair Clinic. They sent detailed information about the transportation from the Airport to the hotel and about the further process. The hotel was fine (although some construction work was going on) and it was very close to the clinic.
When I arrived an EKG was talen to confirm that I could handle the anaesthesia. It supposedly showed some irregularities which caused concerns for the doctor and they asked me to provide information from my own doctor about my heart condition. I have, however, never had ANY heart issues, so my doctor couldn’t say anything. This caused me a lot of concern, as I feared the operation would be cancelled. There was, however, a cardiologist nearby, with whom I got an appointment fast. That required both a passport and extra cash, both of which I fortunately had brought with me to the clinic that morning!! Had I not had that, I am not sure what had happened. So this should probably be mentioned in the briefing notes!
After that incident, the rest of the procedure went smooth. The operation took 9 hours, but all the while I felt comfortable and in good hands.

My Experience was Travelling from Manchester Airport 11am Tuesday 15th,Pick up from Istanbul Airport 6.30pm & Transfered straight to Marmara Hotel,9pm sleep,Woke up at 7am Wednesday,Had a Continental Breakfast,9.30 Met Kevin my Guide & Had a 1 minute walk to the Clinic,Great Team Started at 10am,Shaved me Head & Straight taking from my donor(Back of me Head),Had a Sandwich & Juice around 1pm,Then after started implants me Donor to me head,Finished around 7pm,Walked back to hotel,Bed layed on my Back,Then Breakfast 16th Thursday at 7am,Clinic at 9.30 to take bandages off,Transferred to Airport 11am,Fly at 2pm,Landed Manchester 3pm,Clocks went back 3 hours.Home at 7pm.All a Professional Smooth Zen hair Team Have Given me my Head of Hair back,God Bless u all & Thank u from the bottom of my heart ❤✌

Dr Olcay Saygin and her team did an excellent job and guided me through the entire process. The surgery was sterile and in a modern clinic. Post surgery the scarring was almost none and the transplantation results were better than I expected. I highly recommend anyone considering FUE, to book with the doctor for a high value for money transplantation.

I had a good experience with Zen Hair via Dr. Olkay and her team of highly qualified surgeons, trainees & partners. The relatively higher cost compared to others in Turkey is mostly justified by the excellent surgical care, facilities & service, including effective communication (via WhatsApp pre & post-op), getting my input for drawing my new hairline, having me feel comfortable (via an oral sedative; i have a high pain tolerance for numbing injections), high quality hotel stay (room service is extra) & most meals and airport transportation. I highly recommend.

I actually had a very good experience with them A good and complete team, the doctor did not leave me throughout the operation, there was no pain exactly as they told me, and the most important thing is workmanship, as I came out after the operation and there were no openings in the donor area Indeed, I thank Dr. Olcay Saygin for her efforts, and I advise everyone to deal with them. They did not leave me even after the operation with all my questions, and the atmosphere was beautiful and safe in Istanbul.
