When first came to Uncalı in Nov 2021 and March 2022 I was treated so well and looked after by all the staff. And I was happy with my teeth. But I've since then I've had to back for repairs. First time in June 2022 was because 1 crown had chipped. There was no problem. I paid for my flights and the clinic paid the rest. In July 2023 my bottom crowns became very loose and 1 bridge fell out. I contacted the clinic again as they are guaranteed. I spoke to Sinan and have never been treated so bad. He was rude and accused me of wanting a cheap holiday and not looking after my teeth. I was shocked by this. He also said I had to pay for my guest to stay for 2 nights for £170. I did refuse as it would have only cost £60.
I wouldn't recommend this clinic if you have to deal with Sinan
