    What is a medical city?

A medical city is defined as a large-scale comprehensive healthcare facility or complex. Medical cities often include a wide range of medical services, facilities, and infrastructure. It also has many hospitals, outpatient clinics, specialized medical centers, medical research institutions, and medical education institutions, and often includes additional services such as rehabilitation centers, pharmacies, and patient accommodation facilities.

The Medical City concept aims to provide a comprehensive and integrated approach to healthcare where all individual needs, from diagnosis to treatment and recovery, can be met in one place.

What is the difference between medical cities and hospitals?

The main difference between medical cities and a traditional hospital is the scope and breadth of services provided. While hospitals usually focus on providing medical services to inpatients and outpatients, the Medical City goes beyond that.

The comprehensive nature of medical cities allows for an integrated approach to healthcare, in terms of providing services such as research and development, education and training, and even health and prevention services. Furthermore, the infrastructure within the medical cities is designed to foster collaboration and innovation among health professionals.
