One of my aids failed while temporarily relocated overseas. Dominic at Sophisticated Hearing was incredibly helpful in very quickly getting the instrument repaired, handling the Fedex and customs paperwork and returning it to me (overseas!) in record time. Thank you very , very much!

The doctor and staff were very professional ,courteous and thorough! I highly recommend this office for your hearing test and "audiological" needs, including hearing aids. I was concerned about my wife's complaints that I turn the TV up too loud. SO I finally went to be "hearing tested" I know how difficult (considering so many insurance restrictions now-a-days) it can be to run an office and NOT have to cut quality of care AND time spent with your patients. She spent a "proper" amount of time examining me and explaining the results. Now that I KNOW I have no hearing impairment ,I will send my wife to see what is wrong with her hypersensitive ears...haha

Dr Ann Marie Olsen is an exceptional audiologist. Dr Olsen is meticulous about having her patients hear properly. For me she fine tuned the hearing aid and is always available when I need her. I Highly recommend Dr Olsen and Sophisticated Hearing, LLC.

My husband and I have been to many audiologists throughout the years and we both agree that Dr. Olson is the most caring, thoughtful and competent Dr. we have met. We had a very positive experience with Dr. Olson. Dominick, who made the appointment for us was courteous and knowledgeable. Dr. Olson runs on time, was very courteous, competent and patient with my 96 year old Mom. She performed a hearing exam on my Mom, diagnosed the problem with my Mom's hearing aids, and had the parts available to repair them while we were there. This was all done at a very reasonable cost. I would highly recommend Dr. Olson.

Dr. Ann Marie Olson and Dominic DiCristoforo have put together an incredible practice providing expert care, service and diligent hearing aid products and knowledge. With full evaluation and state of the art hearing test services, Dr. Olson provided her prognosis and best on the market hearing product options recommended. After expertly answering all questions and agreeing on the best product choice, I had molds made in 3days and aids in less than 7days. Our fitting and tuning went quick and flawless.
