Dr. Louis is very good. Just had some dental work done. The teeth repair is excellent, and the freezing experience has to be the most gentle that I can recall. Glad he was the one that took over the practice from Dr. Chevalier, so that our family can continue to go the same clinic with a dentist that we can trust.

I went because of the holistic dental material, but I was very disappointed with Dr. Chevalier professional skills, by far one of the worst dental experiences in my life. I did many procedures with her unfortunately. It is more expensive than other dental clinics. Not recommended!

I was really worried about having my wisdom tooth removed without being sedated, but Dr. Suela Murataj did an AMAZING job at numbing and freezing my gum!! I have had a freezing needle injected at another clinic before and it hurt so badly so I was super nervous. She is soooooooo skilled - I barely felt anything! All the dental assistants and Andrea (the admin) are so sweet and patient when you are nervous!! They are officially my new dental clinic.

New patient; my first appointment was today. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with pleasant professionalism. The front desk receptionist, Andrea, was attentive and knowledgeable in her field. She set the tone for the entire visit. The dental hygienist was thorough, and skilled. She personalized my home care plan and took the time to demonstrate and explain how best to proceed. It is clear that every team member takes pride in their work. I’ll be back.

I had a fantastic experience at Parliament Hill Dental. I am usually very nervous of dental work but I was completely at ease. I broke a tooth and they were able to see me very quickly. Excellent customer service and a pain free experience! I was very pleased with the results. I also visited the dental hygienist and she did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend this dental practice.

I've come here as far as I can remember and wouldn't go anywhere else. This wonderful team, combined with the kindest bilingual receptionist at the front desk and on the phone, to the amazing and always smiling hygienist who's helped Dr Murataj keep my teeth clean over the years. Thank you ???? Starting my Invisalign treatment today! Will update this review as soon as my treatment is over!

Amazing! Dr. Sulla Murataij was absolutely wonderful. So because of a bad experience as a very young child I grew up with a very real distrust of any dentist. I was only when my teeth got infected that I sought out an oral Surgeon to have work done under a general anesthetic. Then over many years I have had a few dentists that fairly good. So it has been several years since my last visit an with the onset of Covid-19 I developed numerous cavities and a couple were big ones.
That brought me to Dr. Murataj who is well experienced and dedicated to her profession. She is kind, caring and compassionate and made me feel super comfortable! She is never in a rush and takes time to explain what she’s doing and answer all my questions.
My first contact was by phone with Andrea who works in the front. She’s pleasant and welcoming and help set everything up for my first appointment. Prior to doing any work the dental hygienist did a thorough cleaning for me and was also very pleasant.
I’m grateful to the entire team including Dr. Murataj’s dental assistant / nurse for a very pleasant experience. Without question i will be going back for many years to come! ????❤️????????

I'm a new patient at Parliament Hill dental. I am absolutely ???? happy with services. I need some extensive work and have no coverage they worked with me on financing and have been amazingly patient and kind and my teeth are looking great if u want a supportive and stress-free environment with excellent dental work this is the place to go. The dentist was very clear on what I needed and answered all my questions I didn't feel rushed.. great place amazing team from receptionist to the dentist and dental assistant

I am a relatively new client at Parliament Hill Dental but am very happy with my experience so far. I've had 3 appointments in the past couple of months - a cleaning and two appointments to get cavities filled. I have always hated going to the dentist in the past because I've had negative experiences from other dental offices. I'd always run into more issues from the work I'd have done such as increased sensitivity or pain when chewing after getting fillings done. I'm really happy I've found Parliament Hill Dental because I haven't experienced anything negative and instead feel very positive about my visits. I have zero pain or discomfort after getting 6 fillings and it was even fine chewing the same day without sensitivity. All of the staff are very friendly and kind. The dentist really knows what she is doing and has a very calming energy. Also, they offer payment plans which has been a lifesaver for me since I don't have insurance. I highly recommend this place and I will definitely be a long term client.

I normally don't write reviews like this but feel like I need to warn people about this practice. Received an invoice and letter in the mail out of the blue in December 2021 for services from 2020. Practice Manager: "I'm sure this has come as a surprise to you as it has to us as well"... The letter states that they had tried to email or call me about it. No call, voicemail or email has ever been received in that regard. At my last appointment I asked if I owned anything and the answer was "no". Never received any emails or calls or follow-up. Now I'm getting calls from collections... Now I will be seeking legal council, waste time and money to resolve this matter. Their front desk and accounting is terribly organized, they changed management at least 3 times, never got the same dentist in the last 3 years, I have had invoice issues with them since management changed and it never felt right. They had trouble sending the billing information to our insurance properly and made mistakes almost every single time. Our new dentist gets it right, no issues, clean cut. I do not recommend this practice. Our entire family (6 people) have been going to this practice for over 20 years when Doctor Chevalier was still running the place. We miss her deeply and regret having to change dental practices. Take care

Dr. Suela and team are great, I go there with my kids (9, 16). Dr. Suela has done crowns and root extraction for me, I now trust her fully. She is very gentle, listens and answers all my questions respectfully, is great with young kids.

Amazing dental office! I've been a patient for over 5 years and today I brought my 3 year old so she could see what going to the dentist is like and she had a great experience. Everyone is very accommodating and friendly. Calm/ quiet office as well. Highly recommend!

I have been a patient of Dr. Suela Murataj at Parliament Hill Dental for over a year. I am a 69 year old female who has had issues with TMJD and teeth clenching since my twenties and as a result I have gum recession and cracked teeth.
Last year she did a number of fillings for me that has greatly reduced the sensitivity of my teeth when I eat.
Mostly recently, she did a root canal on one of my back upper teeth which went very well. She then capped it at a later appointment. It is now a week since that last appointment and I am back to chewing normally. Thank God for good dentists.
I have always had issues with my sensitive teeth and gums and I am happy to have put my trust in Dr. Suela.

Special thanks to the young lady in the reception; unfortunately, I don't remember her name; she is very patient and efficient in how she is working to register you, connect the payment with insurance and register you for the next visit! Dr. Suela's dental clinic runs like a tight ship, and as a result of the confidence it inspires, the favorite part of my visits is when I get to return home worry-free!

Fantastic service! The dentist was able to diagnose that I grind my teeth, she is the first to bring that to my attention after seeing 4 others in my lifetime.
Diana is so sweet at the front desk and is great to answer questions about insurance etc.

After many dentists in Ottawa area I have found dr. Suela very kind and explains everything very throughly the language a person understands. I was very happy for her work on fillings, and crown. The best part is, I have confidence and trust to use her services anytime. I highly recommend for people who are looking for a good dentist. You will be very happy.
