I was suffering from undefined infertility problems for a long time. Finally I went to GEM IVF centre, get the IVF done and by the grace of almighty I'm three months pregnant now. I saw an online ad on facebook about GEM IVF. I filled up the form on their website. Their IVF Counselor called me and cleared all my doubts. Very very arrogant & rude doctor. Dr Gaurav garg considers himself some sort of ‘demigod’. I myself being a doctor understands the nuisances under which doctors work but his behaviour and way of talking was simply unacceptable , unnerving and pathetic. I would advise him to join some doctor-patient communication classes because clearly medical knowledge isn’t enough to be a good doctor. Visiting him was one of the most horrible experience in my life , infact i would rather say most horrible.

It was strange to see Dr.Gaurav getting irritated from crying kids. He failed to understand simple thing that why parents would visit him if kids were happy. His way of talking and approach towards parents of kids is very uncomfortable. Only good knowledge of medicines never defines a Good Doctor. Sorry to say but visiting him was pathetic experience.

Totally money minded don’t believe in these fake ratings. They only focus on payment.
There is a guy (name is bittu) is very rude.he needs to learn how to talk with patients. He refused to put injections in the fridge even though we bought from them.
No proper advice given by Dr’s.
Please don’t become foolish after seeing reviews, ads, & photographs.
Think twice to go there.

I got the best treatment and advice by Dr. Neera Gupta during my two pregnancies, i have so much trust in Dr Neeea Gupta's treatment and advice that i cant follow or think of any other Gynaecologist. They give proper time and listen to the patients and the whole staffis very cooperative and takes proper care of patient during delivery and after delivery. I got my happiness there at Gem hospital.
